Enjoy spacious living and nearby parks, all while delighting in your pet's companionship for just $25 a month. The Griff is perfect for pet lovers!
Our Pet Policy
- Cats & Dogs Welcome
- Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- No Weight Limit or Required Pet Deposit
- 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $350 (1 Pet), $500 (2 Pets)
- Monthly Pet Rent - $25 per Pet
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
